Lifeboat Distribution, an American distributor of software products, has recently opened an office in Almere, to provide in-region support to Lifeboat’s European network of software resellers. 

Lifeboat Distribution is not the only service provider that aims to benefit from an office in the Amsterdam Area. With the world’s largest concentration of business and logistic service providers in a region of this size, the Amsterdam Area hosts the establishment of relatively new business concepts such as the centralisation of non-core activities in shared service centres and call centres on a scale not seen anywhere else in Europe.
